– we have the only system in south Florida that can clean any floor surface using 3500 psi water at 220 degrees with extraction. This allows us to not only melt grease and oils but sanitize as well. By having the ability to extract the water out as fast as we are putting it down, eliminates having excessive water on the floors which get under tiles and in wall causing damage. A regular surface cleaner without extraction putts down 8 gallons of water per minute. If the floor takes an hour and a half to clean, that’s 720 gallons of water you hope is going to the drains.
